Our team have all once been a student transitioning from University to the work place. We felt there was very little support within this transition and most of our peers could not find work within the subjects they graduated in. Once within the workplace we also felt there was little support for transitioning careers or even a place to discuss new ideas such as starting a new business or going into freelance from a permanent role or vice versa.
With first-hand experience, we would like to offer our services and support for people that are graduating, looking for work, transitioning into a new job, different career or just need mentoring and inspiration for their journey. We also cater for business owners who need mentorship within their day-to-day production. We motivate individuals, help to raise self-confidence, inspire and give an insight to the working world so you are well on your way to success.
